Big Pacific Coast: Things to See & Do
The journey begins at The Big Smoke: Sydney. Home of the Swans, the largest fish market in the Southern Hemisphere and the Opera House. Another fun fact? The city was in the Guinness Book of Records for creating the longest line of pizzas in its Italian quarter. We recommend starting here with a bite to eat and then heading North.

Sit along the Manning River to hook in the evening's dinner of bream and flathead. Once you're in Coffs Harbour, you can finally tick off the most important sight: the Big Banana.
